1. Introduction
This Fee Refund Policy is formulated in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Refund of Fees) Regulations, 2023 (hereafter referred to as "UGC Regulations").
All the refund percentage shall be in accordance with the table given below:

2. Withdrawal Procedures
- To officially withdraw from the College, a completed withdrawal form along with the refund application must be submitted to the Principal's office by the student who has taken admission.
- Students considering withdrawal are encouraged to consult with the Student Welfare Officer and the Principal beforehand.
3. Advance Semester Payment Refunds
Students who have pre-paid / lump sum fees for two or more semesters or years will receive a full refund for subsequent semesters or years if the application is received before the commencement of that semester/year.
4. Exclusions
- Students who received a tuition discount are not eligible for any refunds.
- Downgrading a course or changing from regular to distance mode after admission is not permitted, and no fee refunds will be granted in such cases.
5. Discretionary Cases
- Situations not covered by the above provisions will be considered at the College Management's sole discretion.
- The Management's decision in such cases will be final and binding.
6. Grievance Redressal
Students who face any challenges regarding fee refunds can utilize the College's grievance redressal mechanism or approach the UGC as per the UGC (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023.
7. Disclaimer
This Fee Refund Policy is subject to change at the College's discretion. Any modifications will be communicated with a reasonable notice period.
8. Jurisdiction
Any legal or judicial matters arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
