Information regarding withdrawal procedures and fee refunds
This Fee Refund Policy is formulated in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Refund of Fees) Regulations, 2023 (hereafter referred to as "UGC Regulations").
All the refund percentage shall be in accordance with the table given below:

| (2) | 90% | Less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission |
| (3) | 80% | 15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission |
| (4) | 50% | 30 days or less, but more than 15 days after formally notified last date of admission |
| (5) | 00% | More than 30 days after formally notified last date of admission |
Students who have pre-paid / lump sum fees for two or more semesters or years will receive a full refund for subsequent semesters or years if the application is received before the commencement of that semester/year.
Students who face any challenges regarding fee refunds can utilize the College's grievance redressal mechanism or approach the UGC as per the UGC (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023.
This Fee Refund Policy is subject to change at the College's discretion. Any modifications will be communicated with a reasonable notice period.
Any legal or judicial matters arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
